In an increasingly uncertain world, it is good to know that some people and businesses keep the faith and stand up to their initial promises and standards. The good folks at Load and Lift continue to fulfill the highest expectations. This is my second review - a year after the first review - and I am still a big fan of their service, integrity, advice, and pure friendliness.

The best service and price anywhere this the second time I have used their service and it was second to none the best thank you so much.

Excellent service, friendly and so helpful - I had never rented a dumpster before, But Tom and his family made it easy for me. This is the second time I have used Load-N-Lift bins and disposal, and will do so again. Tom (on the telephone, helping me choose which size was appropriate) and Chris (with the gorgeous big truck, doing timely, careful, and efficient delivery and pick up) are both friendly, polite, and Knowledgeable. They get around, and are familiar with the area and its services and businesses. I am glad to be able to share my good opinion of people and a business that delivers what it promises when it promises.

Amazing service, professional and helpful. I had never rented a bin before and Tom was so helpful and patient helping me to decide the perfect size bin for our job. I never felt pressured nor did they try to upsell me. The bill was exactly what was quoted with no hidden fees. Good old-fashioned personal service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend this family run business if you are looking to rent a bin. I will be using them again.

I recently used Load-N-Lift to clean out my parents' house. Tom was more than accommodating in delivering our bin and when I discovered we were going to need another, he was quick to act by having the first one emptied and returned to us within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable, service was excellent and Tom was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. I'd highly recommend them!

With a last minute call over Christmas, Load-n-lift arranged a bin drop off and pick up over New Years.

Thank you for the prompt delivery of the flower bed mulch. We had it for the weekend. It was just where my wife wanted it and there were no marks on the lawn or the interlocking bricks!

Load-N-Lift has provided a great service to us. The bins are cost-effective and have fit our needs perfectly. They fit nicely into our driveway without damage to our decorative concrete. We've used them to haul away brush and surplus soil, and will definitely use them again, not only because the bins are great, but because the service is always prompt, professional, and courteous.

Rare is it that I find myself taking the time to write a supplier. However, in your case, on short notice you were able to exceed our needs. Tom, thank you for the great service and making our lives a little easier.
